1.1 Content definition
"Quality Assurance" includes: packaging details, materials, accessories and the key physical functions of the products (color, thickness, tear strength, color fastness, air permeability, waterproofness, wear resistance) and key test results of the whole shoe (anti-smashing, anti-puncture, anti-slip, adhesion of the sole and upper surface).
1.2 How to determine?
The customer shall raise a quality objection within the validity period of six months after the goods are put into storage, and those objections that exceed six months will not be accepted. Determination of quality defects: quality problems visible to the naked eye such as (color, packaging specifications) are determined by both parties; If the key performance does not match the requirements, the test reports of the third-party test organization designated by the seller must be presented. The buyer need to send the unused products to CTC, a testing agency designated by the seller, in a random selection method for testing. The quantity and size required for testing are specified by the seller.
Quality assurance
2.1 Definitions of "Delayed Delivery" means that the completion date of the buyer order is more than 2 weeks later than the contractually agreed latest delivery date due to factors other than force majeure. The delivery date refers to the factory completion date and not the date of departure.
2.2 For delivery delays, we will inform the customers by email the latest delivery date and the reasons for the delay two weeks before the contract delivery date. If the customer does not agree, after two weeks from the date specified in the contract, the customer can be compensated by the agreed amount for each day of extension until the completion of the Order.
Delayed delivery
3.1 Definitions: "Extended receipt" means the failure of the Customer to confirm the sailing date as agreed in the contract. or the date of the booked vessel is determined to be more than 40 days later than the delivery date agreed in the contract.  In addition to non-force majeure, the customer delays the booking date and delays the receipt of the goods. We shall notify the Customer in writing e-mails 10 days before the completion of the goods  and inform the Customer to determine the shipments in a timely manner.
3.2 For delays in receipt of goods caused by non-force majeure, we shall be entitled to demand compensation from the Customer for our justified losses. This includes: storage costs, exchange rate losses due to delays, etc., and we are also subject to corresponding deductions for the quality warranty period. (six-month warranty period minus the corresponding extension days)   If the shipping schedule is 40 days later than the contractually agreed delivery date, the extension fee of 1/1,000th per day will be charged and the seller has the right to require the customer to pay the remaining payment for the goods in advance.
Extended receipt
4. 1 Definition: "Claims" include the following methods: 1. Commercial discounts 2. Cashback 3. Free quantity 4. Preferential prices.
4.2 Processing principles: 1. In principle, cash return is not accepted, and commercial discounts and free quantity are preferred.
  4.3 The amount of compensation each time does not exceed 20% of the contract amount, and the compensation for larger amounts can be implemented in batches.
Claims
5.1 Return means that the whole shipment is returned to China and partial return is not accepted.
5.2 Principle: It can only be implemented on the basis that the goods are repairable and the total cost of return is not higher than 70% of the cost of reproduction.
Return of goods
6.1 refers to the cost of obtaining product certificates in order to sale in the markets which includes: Test fee and Certificate fee.
6.2 Processing principle:
 6.3 The cost of the certificate shall be paid by the buyers.
 6.4 If it is the V-LION's style, test costs will be paid by V-LION.
6.5 If it is a style designed by the buyer, the test cost shall be paid by the buyer.
 6.6 The accumulated orders of each single model which exceeds 10,000 pairs, all costs will be refunded to the buyer.
6.7 If the first order is less than a 20ft container, that's 2,500 pairs, the test and certificate costs shall be paied by the buyer.
6. 8 The test is completed within three months after the customer placed the order, and the certificate/test report will be issued to the buyer.
